Visiting our website” under the section “We put you back in control.” The policy states that to allow us to troubleshoot and prevent abuse effectively, we may process the client’s IP address for every signup request. Our product and user privacy policy remains unchanged.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp class=\"p5\">\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch4 class=\"p4\">\u003Cb>New sign-up flow\u003C/b>\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cp class=\"p4\">We have made changes to the sign-up flow for our new StartMail users. We now ask them for payment details during the account sign-up process which helps us control email abuse. In addition to this, the trial period has now been changed from 30 days to 7 days. Payments will be processed only after the trial period ends, which means you can cancel your subscription any time before the end of the trial period. After receiving feedback, we realized that this was interfering with your ability to compose an email. We’ve now removed the notification and added a timestamp in the top right corner to let you know when the draft was last saved.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp class=\"p5\">\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch4 class=\"p4\">\u003Cb>Replying to a message\u003C/b>\u003C/h4>\n\u003Cp class=\"p4\">When replying to certain messages, the interface would occasionally add additional lines to the quoted message.
